Now is a great time to start your own personal 12 week weight loss challenge.

I am starting my own personal 12 week challenge to control my weight and to improve my fitness and health over the next 12 weeks.

Join me in committing to 12 weeks of change. I will be making my committment to change by reporting in on my progress.

12 weeks equates to 90 days duration. Join me by embarking on a plan to change some of your habits over the next 90 days. Now is a great opportunity to lose some kilos/pounds, feel fitter, stretch yourself to try a new activity, to regain some personal self esteem and to approach 2010 with momentum for change.

During the next 3 months, I will be sharing my journey to better health by blogging my insights and experiences that hopefully will inspire you to take up the challenge to take action and to do something positive to control your weight and improve your health.
