What is one of the biggest problems that a lot of people have when
it comes to losing weight on some weight loss programmes?

=====>>  hunger

There is no need to feel hungry in order to lose weight. This is a
myth.

In fact, it is possible to graze throughout the day and still lose
weight if the composition of what you are eating is set up
correctly.

Think of it like this.

Most people will need to eat more if the composition of their diets
are lacking protein. Your body will require a certain amount of
daily protein in order to maintain body mass. Therefore, a lot of
people will continue to gain weight if they graze on snack foods
high in sugars and saturated fats. Yet on the other hand, if you
graze on high protein snacks low in sugar, you will find that you
feel satisfied faster and are less likely to over eat.

Remember the analogy I used of an open fire? Once the fire is
burning intensely, all you do is feed it a couple of solid logs
every now and then to keep the intensity alive.

When it comes to my daily diet, this is exactly what I consider.

Join my 12 week Weight Loss Challenge and let me show you how you
can rekindle the fire within to lose those extra kilos (pounds)

I talk to lots of people who say that they cannot lose weight, but do they

have control over their calorie budget?

There is a high chance that most people will have no idea of their calorie

budget.

Just as we need to have control over our finances to avoid disaster, we

also need control over our calorie budget.

on this one.

Being clear about our wants and needs is extremely important
for attracting the type of success we need.

Sometimes I have found that the most difficult thing to do is
being very clear about what I want.

“what you think about, comes about”

Therefore, are we clear in our mind as to what we are
thinking about?

If we aren’t clear, try writing down your thoughts on paper
without editing your thoughts and see what you are
thinking. You might be surprised at what you are wanting
or thinking.

Being true to our word is crucial in both our personal and business life.

Have you ever had experiences where you have been disappointed by somebody
who has promised you lots of things and yet never delivered?

The internet has its fair share of people who continue to disappoint others.
Yet, have you ever experienced situations where somebody has excelled in what
they have delivered, and you have been amazed by their generosity.

Bet your bottom dollar that you will remember the person who has not lived up
to your expectations for years to come.

Isn’t it better to be remembered as a person who has excelled in expectations
than a person who is remembered as a dishonest person.

Both business and personal relationships on the internet and within social media
sites are so important. What we give away, we get to keep. What we sow,
we will eventually reap. Lets be mindful of sowing good things.

I believe that the universe will look down upon us and will eventually reflect
back to us what we give out.

Have you ever notice how some people seem to get more of what they do not want in life rather than what they do want.

Simply, what you think about comes about.

The more a person dwells on something, visualises it
and believes that it is going to happen,
the more that it is likely to happen.

So, in having said this, it is really important to only visualise those thoughts in your life that you really want.

Avoid giving thoughts to financial woos,
or marital problems,
or health woes.

Instead, think and only visualise those things that are likely to assist you to achieve positive outcomes. iv>
