		<description><![CDATA[Hi everybody, Recently, Maria and I spent the day up at the Sunshine Coast visiting the Pineapple Plantation and Caloundra. This week I thought that I would make a comment about eating out. There is one thing that I would like to share with you from my experience of spending a day out up at the Sunshine Coast. When it comes to LOSING WEIGHT, visiting tourist attractions are going to make it difficult. Most TOURIST OUTLETS generally have products that are HIGH IN CALORIES such as desserts, lollies, cakes and parfaits etc or HIGH IN FATS such as fish and chips, and pies. Spending a day out can sabotage your weight loss efforts if you don&#8217;t PLAN YOUR DAY. I know from experience, avoid these items of food because once you start, the more likely it is that you will crave for more. HIGH CALORIE ITEMS such as ICE CREAMS and desserts are filled with empty calories. Calories of this nature will give you energy for a short while but will quickly bring you back to a spot of feeling hungry once again. Your body begins to crave for more food to satisfy your nutritional needs. Fried foods such as fish and chips can be high in fats due to the methods of being prepared. <p>Recently, Maria and I spent the day up at the Sunshine<br />
Coast visiting the Pineapple Plantation and<br />
Caloundra.</p>
<p>This week I thought that I would make a comment<br />
about eating out.</p>
<p>There is one thing that I would like to share<br />
with you from my experience of spending a day<br />
out up at the Sunshine Coast.</p>
<p>When it comes to LOSING WEIGHT, visiting<br />
tourist attractions are going to make it<br />
difficult.  </p>

<p>Have a bbq at the beach and take a piece of<br />
chicken or lean meat, or buy some fish and grill<br />
it or cook it in foil.</p>
<p>Salad is easy to prepare and take it with you as<br />
well. Fruit is generally easy to take with you<br />
or easy to purchase when you are out and about.</p>
<p><strong>AVOID SOFT DRINKS</strong>. The calorie content is too<br />
high and they do not substitute water.</p>
<p>Purchase a large bottle of water and drink<br />
from it regularly during the day.</p>
<p>As a note, a can of coke is 160 calories with<br />
about 10 teaspoons of sugar.  </p>
<p>If you do have a coffee, make sure that you<br />
<strong>DRINK PLENTY OF WATER</strong> so that you avoid<br />
dehydration.</p>
<p>Well, I hope that this assists<br />
you with your weight loss efforts. </p>
